Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product is shipped or produced. If the order is canceled you will get a full refund. We cannot cancel the order if the product is already shipped out. 
Returns 

If the customer receives the product and we confirm that we have sent the wrong product, we will send the new product to the customer within 48 hours.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

If the customer bought too much or bought the wrong product and wants to return it, we can refund after receiving the returned product, excluding the postage that has been paid.
